No. Altium 365 and Altium Enterprise Server (AES) do not use PHP and are not affected by CVE-2026-109618 or CVE-2026-109619. Altium Designer does not contain PHP code in its Project Management, Components Management, Comments, Requirements, or VCS functionality.
