All functional changes and product improvements go through a structured process that includes planning and approval by senior product and engineering management, architecture and security review for significant changes, mandatory peer code review, staged delivery through development, integration, staging, and production environments with both manual and automated validation including regression testing and dynamic application security testing, and documented incident handling with postmortem review.

These processes are supported by integrated version control, CI/CD, monitoring, and task tracking systems.
